Now George is selling Porsche parts you have to reassemble before using, I am guessing this is a repro lens also.

He's actually been selling these on and off for several months. They are repop, but actually look decent and do fit properly on the housings if repaired correctly. I wonder why so many of them are broken though, usually in the same place.

People break them trying to install them. The curvature of the lens doesn't match the curvature of the housing. I had to do some heating to get them to fit ona customer car. takes about an hour a lens to get them to fit nicely.

Those look easy to repair though.. hmm..

That's the cool thing about these split lenses. When you go to glue them back you can compensate somewhat and make adjustments before your adhesive sets up. Then they sit more flat. I used an undamaged oem one as a guide and the two I bought looked well after repair. They were the Euro knock-offs. Here are pictures of how mine came out.
