My center console pad finally split Due to heat and sweat. Just got another one from Gerald Shaeffer. Thanks.
Cleaned it good with mothers leather conditioner. What is the best thing to use to bring back the color? I have used vinyl spray paint in the past but it to fades overtime
Now I'm considering back to black or shoe polish. Which one gives the best lasting color? Other recommendations?

I would worry show polish would wear onto your clothes. Can,'t be much to re-vinyl.

Thanks. I'll look into the SEM products. They seem to have a handle on refinishing vinyl.

I'll 2nd the no vote on shoe polish. I've used the SEM vinyl paints before with no complaints.

SEM products are awesome. I used to get these at my local auto paint store. Stupid California laws...

shoe polish work great if you are a CSOB.
you just need to buff it properly to make sure it wont come off.
