I can relate to the "like a new car every spring" comment (except it has been a few springs for me, now They are unique enough a vehicle that, after not sitting in one for a (too long) time, they want you to take some time to re-acquaint.

Love the wind sheild message

I have had my 1974 2L for 27 years. Still love it even if it seems harder to get in and out of these days.
