Kind of late to be asking this question.

Why Not?
wndsnd
I thought I heard maybe not for Autox

Thats whI I asked.

Maybe because of the way lugs are installed in hub
ConeDodger
I do.

You're not talking the drilled front rotors Eric did years ago right?
wndsnd
No we just did this in February.

Woody
Are you using 911 struts? Shouldn't be a problem with 911 struts. Thats what I use. I also drilled my own rear hubs and rotors on a mill. Works great.
wndsnd
No 911 struts.

These are std 914 drilled and I believe the studs are pressed in from rear.

Both front and rear are done the same way.
Woody
Im sure its plenty strong. I highly doubt Eric would sell a product that isnt up to task.
wndsnd
I agree

And install was done by Tangerine.

I will put my faith in these guys. I couldn't. Do any better..

I've been running rear drilled 5 stud rotors for a couple of years now doing 10 to 12 AXs a year. I did tack weld them on the inside just so they stay in place, when they loosened up a bit when I forgot to torque the nuts down once. If you do that, just make sure the wheels are on and tight before you tack them in place, so the studs are are straight.
