With the parking lights on, the passenger side front turn signal blinks completely on/off rather than fade to the background parking light. It is also not as bright as the driver's side which blinks correctly. Also, when the hazard lights are on the two front turn signals blink alternatively (like the eyes of a blinking dragon) rather than blinking simultaneously. I'm sure there is a wire crossed somewhere, but any thoughts on how to go about this?
