Any and all comments appreciated. Or if you know of something better to use. Pumpkin is a 70 with paint code L20E

I haven't used this product but did a search to see what others thought about it. It had mainly positive reviews, but I think it will depend on what your expectations are. In other words don't expect a show quality finish with blems undetectable.

It works well to fill in the color 'gap'. IE, if you have rock chips that leave gray/primer marks, it will color those nicely. I've heard that the flat colors match better than metallics but who knows.

It does NOT fill in the chip like touch up paint as it is water thin. It is mostly for cosmetics, but if that is what you care about, it will work well.

It's a band aid that has it's place if your not wanting to repaint the panel. I had a guy come to my shop and show a demo on it once and it was a decent repair but if you look close or at certain angles, you can still see the chips they just don't stand out as much.

I used the kit on my 89 Targa and it worked great. Very satisfied with the results. Top notch product.

I used it on our silver Acura RSX, which has good paint but multiple stone chips of varying size. It colors the chips, but does not fill them, so they fade from view at some angles, but remain visible at others. I would rate the results as okay, but not great. The process is not difficult, but is tedious. I spent several hours picking out all of the chips.

Now one product I have used, and both my wife and I were impressed with the results, was the Meguiar's clay bar kit, which resulted in a noticeable improvement to the paint finish. I even plan to use it on the pickup truck! laugh.gif
