I relearned how important it is to cover up glass when welding on your car or truck. I finished up fabricating a kayak rack on my old Toyota truck this weekend and while I wasn't worried about hurting what's left of the paint, the window glass did take a few hits from the mig splatter. Not that 914's ever need any welding, right.... So cover up before you get started and save your windows. welder.gif

COVER YOUR GLASS !
Sandblasting ? Even Worse !
Ruined.... RUINED every piece of class in a 356 .
Protect it before doing either welding or sandblasting.
