Full Version: WOT: burned out 1940 dodge truck, what front suspension?
anyone know what front clip this is from? ford? chevy?
doesn't look like gm because it's a rear steer.
we had a guy from the a local ford performance shop here yesterday and he thinks it is chevy but no idea which. seems not to be any year of C10 truck? we are gonna give him pics today and he is gonna ask his junk yard buddys to determine what it is that my buddy has on his just purchased truck. notte the way the bottom a arm mounts to frame and that both ball joints are facing downward. thanks.

There are both Front & Rear Steer GM's. It looks GM to me
