Does anyone know what the proper piston cylinder clearance for a 96mm Keith Black piston would be?

I have a new set of AA cylinders and they are .0020" larger than the KB Pistons.

I also have a original Porsche 1.8 94mm cylinders bored out to 96mm they are .0032" larger than the Pistons.

The Question is. What is the exact P/C clearance in thousands or mm.

Thank you.

Not sure about the clearance, but your OEM 1.8 cylinders will remain more dimensionally stable than a new set will....

Here's a link to get what you're looking for:

Look down the page to "Aircooled/Baja" & you'll see the P/C clearance for under 4.1" bore is .0030 to .0045.....

Others with more experience (Jake?) chime in if this is off target please.
