Nice to see 80K, I wonder if it will sell for that. It looks like a well sorted out car. And that green is awesome.

This is nicest 914-6 available. Others have sold in this price range and not in this condition. 914-6's will continua to appreciate as they are sought after by pprsche collectors.

Stunning! Good luck. My -6 once was that colour & looked like that, note the word once sad.gif

Just noticed your chassis number, 28 later than mine. Metalic Green was popular that week biggrin.gif

Interesting to see....what kind of price level will be reached in this case.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/141464071890

The last one (ivory, 9140431209) finished the ebay auction at 65k USD
and the blue floater (9140430136) ended by 43k USD.

Still, not an unreasonable price. I wish they would have installed the access holes back into the floor pan during the build, but it is still a great looking car. These prices are creeping up...... Soon we will be looking at $100K cars and saying, "I could have bought one of those Sixes for $71K back in 2014....

Maybe...depends on when the bubble pops and what price level they return to.

Don't think there will be a bubble for high quality, low production 914/6's or pre 73 911's. That's what my crystal ball says. We'll see.

Since I own 2, I hope you are wrong sunglasses.gif

I used to buy older 911 cars as well. They became too crazy high and I have said the same thing; this stupidy cannot last.

I am still waiting for the bubble to burst. They continue to increase..significantly..every year.

I think others will do as I did, which was buy a 6 because the 911 prices are insane (72 911S for $150,000 easily). We love the cars and wanted an investment we can enjoy; 914-6 fits that bill quite well. And in fact sport fewer numbers than the 911, making them quite rare in comparison.

You may be right...I just hope not too soon. beerchug.gif cheers

Well...who knows whether the car was really sold? The ivory one ("sold" for 65k USD) of Rosner Motorsports also appeared again on ebay these days....

This was my car and I can assure you that it was sold on Ebay to a buyer who has since paid in full and taken delivery of the car.

Wow what a gorgeous car..! wub.gif

I typically like non-metallic colors on the 914 but this is a really beautiful car. No doubt will make the new owner a happy camper. GLWS.
