Any articles for removing the front hood springs, and rear torsion bars?

The Haynes manual shows a lever that cups around the strut top with a loop that engages the end of the spring so you can lever it into the notches.
Probably a long screwdriver could work as well.

Front spring, coat hanger looped around the hook, the body of the cost hanger, not the hook part. Pair of work gloves, pull it off, make sure to prop the hood open with a stick.
This is pretty drama free, so do these first.

For the rear torsin bars, get a 10 mm deep socket on a 6 inch extension.
Rear trunk lid has been removed.
Slip socket over the end of the spring, use the socket extension as a handle, release it from the roller, and gently, and slowly let the spring all the way up until there is no pressure. do both sides, then remove the two clamps inside the engine bay.
If you like drama, cut them in the middle like SLITS does and listen to the big snap.
