Just did it to me.

I wish browsers had a "retrieve submitted data" feature.

Nothing more annoying than spending 10 minutes typing up a response & hitting the submit button to just get that error and have to start typing all over again.
Sometimes "Back" takes you back and your text is still there.
Other times - not so much...

Almost every time.

User error. Replace user and hit any key to continue.

An IT friend taught me the acronym PEBKAC "Problem Exists Between the Keyboard And Chair. maybe that is it?
