How to properly deep fry a turkey.

Giving thanks for our very cool sports cars that still are road worthy and giving enjoyment to thousands when most other cars of their era are for the most part nice to look at, but not drive.

This seems like a great place to thank Mepstein, in particular, and the other members of this community, in general.
914world has to be the most welcoming, knowledgeable and eclectic single model forum anywhere. It is like Porsche people but with just enough VW to keep it fun and down to earth!(and you guys WORK on your cars. Not polishing but with torches and grinding wheels doing real work)

Ahhh, Thanksgiving. My favorite holiday. I wish it were longer, maybe spread out over a few days, so I would have time to be thankful for a lot more in my life.

Much to be thankful for. Along with friends, family etc, thanks to you , world for help with so much- so many of you giving help and advice to those of us that need it. With out you all my car would not be on the road running!
