What size oil cooler do most of you use up front? I have an 8x16x2.5" mounted in the rear now and I wonder if I could use it up front. If not, wheres a good place that carries them.
Also I have the Chalon kit and there is about 6" between the air dam and the chassis front. Is this enough room to mount the cooler against the back side of the air dam after I cut a hole and have it just exhaust to the ground? Do I need an auxilary fan in this case?
Thanks for any opinions. The rear placement works for the street but it's just not cutting it on the track.

I like the Fluidyne coolers. Its what Jerry Woods likes to use.

You can mount it exactly like your thinking behind your air dam between the body. You wont need a fan on it (unless you drive it on the street) Just make sure you seperate the incoming air from the outgoing air (shroud the opening to the cooler so all the air has to pass thru it.
