Good morning everyone

Are all of the pedal boxes the same between the 911, 912 & 914? For all years?

Thanks

Short answer is NO. Up to 73 the boxes are the same. After 74 and later 911's added extra components for the different transmissions and power brakes.

SWB cars did not have a bracket for the brake switch on the housing. 69-73 are almost the same. The upper clutch pedal on 911 912 are straight and 914 are offset. Some other parts are different but functionally interchangeable.

The length of the clutch release lever is also different. Only a concern if you're installing a 915 transmission as you need more cable travel to properly release the clutch while shifting. Other minor differences, but easily modified as needed.

Thanks guys
