"Rust free" with a a rusty hood in the picture.

Yeah. Other than the rusty hood, rusty jack holes, rusty front and rear trunks, and rusty bumper, I don't see a trace of rust on this car.

And a Parts Only title! I wouldn't expect too much from this car.

He probably meant that the rust is free...

I'd bet on rust in the long, bottom pan corner, and battery tray.
