did your friend see this ad from Poland? A pricey one (by that famous german selling platform) with a strange colour combination (Tan interior), but not as far away as a car in the states.

Have an exactly look at the stamped VIN....(unrestored?)

Tan interiors are pretty common in Creamsicles, probably more common than the black interiors. BB's only came with black interiors.

Never thought I would see a 914LE in Poland.
