I have a recent takeoff windshield mirror for sale. This assembly works in all respects. The condition is fair to good in that the plastic housing, arm. And attachment base are all unbroken and not faded to any major extent. The negative issue is limited to the condition of the upper (when installed) rim-edge of the mirror housing / damage due to sun damage that has resulted in slight degrading of the plastic. The original mirror is in ok and useable condition but has tiny light brown spots on the back of the mirror plate reflective finish.
