You'll see an Excel spread sheet format where you can enter variables and get the answers you're all asking about how gear ratio and tire size changes contribute to performance.

Ignore 6th gear references.
Notice the differences in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear readings at 2500 RPMs between the two examples.
Looks like one could expect that the flipped "H" gear would yield 2500 RPM at 70 MPH with 205/55-16 tires. Stock 5th gear (ZD) is about 3000 RPM at 70 MPH.
