I have a single undamaged aluminum flapper piece that goes on the bottom of the fan shroud where it meets the heat exchanger connector piece. This is the SMALL one, not to be confused with the LARGE one, which it is not. It is also more rectangular, compared to the other, more square, one. The thin foam part has gone to foam rubber heaven, in case you want to know. 10 bucks for the part, maybe 2-3 bucks to mail it First Class in the US. Out of the country it'll go USPS Priority Mail, which is a LOT more.
