Is there a zero missing in that price?

$75,000 would still be a good deal for a restored 19 window in today's world.

That sounds like the price that was paid before the restoration…

Talked to a guy at the Bughaus while getting some gaskets last week. He just bought a 21 widow tub to restore. He paid 75k for the tub.

We saw one a few years ago, fully restored. The guy was asking $35K and got $27K for it. I thought it insane at the time.

It really wasn't a bad investment in retrospect.

I got a Westy for the holiday season this year. I had to put a lot of stuff together for it...

My neighbor restores splitties and routinely gets $75K and up. A guy he knows sold one at auction a couple of years ago for over $100K, not counting the buyers premium.
