Sadly I just found out that the KM speedo I bought a while back for my re-import is not functional, at least the odometer isn't.

I need one ASAP as I want to ship the car...ASAP...

And I will be needing another one soon as well...

Thanks again for the tip Mark, I'm getting that one, yet must hope that it works. He's not positive that it does. We shall see.

Repairing them is usually simple. The gear slips on the shaft. Or he could sent it to North Hollywood speedo service.

Mike - Both North Hollywood Speedo & Palo Alto Speedo do excellent repairs & restos of the VDO guages, both are online & both advertise in Panorama, Excellence, etc. - so you should be able to get the one you have fixed.
