WHAT?!?! Had some dumbass let her brat drive into my car, there'd be all sorts of charges coming from me. I'd get a lawyer to throw everything applicable at her. That's just the kind of irresponsibility that's turning the world into what it is.
Natural selection is too far gone, IMO. 3000 years ago, being that irresponsible would have caused your bloodline to die out pretty damn quick.
