Does anyone have some plans/diagrams of a full car rotisserie?
Thanks in advance,

There are a TON of ways you can build one. No plans per-say, but if you start by welding up a template based off the front bumper mounts, you can get pretty close.
Just make sure you brace your door jams before you raise it up!

Do some searches on the site- I've seen some innovative designs from steel to...wait for it... 2x4s that actually work! Some are really trick, others' merely work but they get the job done. Happy searching!

The Restoration Design website has some plans online as well.
http://www.restoration-design.com/media.htmlThey have a different approach to the rotisserie. It is 2 octagons that hold the car and you just roll it over. I've built one and it works well for me. I like it because when I'm done, I can break it down to real small parts that don't take up shop floor space...

I built this one. I had to mod a few items based in availability, but I like the parts list.

Here's a couple shots that I took at a shop in Costa Mesa. I think I'll modify my rotisserie so that its not hanging by the bumpers. It would have gave more support in the right places when I had both longs off/out.

CptTripps bought/used mine, which I built.
He is right, build your yokes out of 1" tubing and pit a 6x8" 1/4" plate on it and then the fun part. Determine your centerline...
Materials...
Aprox 2" tubing that slips between other tubing.
I went to my local steel shop and told him I needed slip fit square and round tubing.
Also hooked me up with a combination of 2" thin and thick wall square tubing.
Had to get my local machinist to precision bore holes on 2" centers
Bought some "D" rings from harbor freight in 1 and 2" sizes.
Casters I used were overkill, but would roll over almost everything
Added 2 short length cum alongs and I was good to go.
Ask the captn how it worked for him.

Forgot to say buy 8 1/2" t-handle pins to hold the assembly together
Bore 5/8
