I just removed a Mostly Complete 1.8L Engine out of a 1975 Porsche 914. Car had been in storage for some time. Engine will need complete rebuild. I was unable to get engine to turn over. The odometer on the car read on 24,096 miles, unknown if original although the rest of the car reflects a low mileage car.

Whats included & Not Included:
* Complete 1.8L Engine (#EC......)
* Original Fuel Injection missing, currently has Weber Carbs, (Size unknown..has #24 inside throat of carbs) throttle butterflies opens and closes smoothly
* Original Side Shift Transmission (Seams to shift ok)
* Complete Engine Tin
* Original Heat Exchangers and Muffler without trans exhaust bracket, does not include heat transfer boxes on front of exhaust.
* Complete Engine Tin
* Alternator & Starter, Coil, Plug wires and Plugs
* Missing Original Distributor
* Includes some wiring

Unknown what would be the best way to ship, pickup is preferred but will crate if needed! Buyer pays shipping from Eugene, Oregon 97405.

Note: Transmission has sold along with front lower heat boxes. Engine still for sale which includes:
1) 1.8L Engine #EC042873 Out of a 1975 Porsche 914
2) Alternator
3) Twin Weber Carbs (Size Unknown) appear to operate fine, but probably needs new kits and cleaned up!
4) All Engine Tin
5) Heat Exchangers plus rear Muffler System without bracket that attaches mufflers to engine.

Additional: Engine has been setting for over 10 years, will not turn over! Does not include a Distributor, engine reportedly was running fine when parked with reportedly around 50,000 miles on engine. Unable to do Compression test! Selling with the assumption that the engine needs rebuilt!
