Yes! It's official now! I've bought the car. Earlier this morning the seller and I agreed on the price etc. I'll be picking it up next Wednesday.
I will move the car to a friend's classic car workshop (10 mls to the NE) and start working there:
- drop the engine
- start cleaning all engine parts
- replacing the pushrod tubes and seals
- cleaning the engine bay
- taking off the tins for powder coating ( I can blast them myself)
- taking car of the spaghetti under the bonnet: new hoses etc.
- new tyres (just the original 165/15s - this time from Vredestein @52 euros a piece)
From there I will start cleaning everything under the bonnet etc.
The interior looks better irl than on the pics. Has to do with the flash of the camera. However... I know it's a totally original car, but I have my eyes set on the grey tartan seat covers.
