Let's reignite the TR!

I want your opinions on good dates. I'm thinking early September, but I want you to check in and let me know what works best for you.

For those who don't know, I have my first child on the way. He or she should appear around October 8th, so later won't work for me this year.

I'm going to pick dates in the next few weeks and begin the planning.

Sure to be another fun event...

as one of the northeast crowd, I personally would love to see you do this in January or February....or even March...

Give us all a good reason to come down and get out of the snow.

don't forget octeenerfest is in late September.

Cool man! Make that two gingers entering the 914 World this year. Maybe we're not destined to be extinct afterall? Congrats. Mine's due a few months before yours, so if you need any help in planning and logistics, feel free to give me a shout.

I would think that any earlier and we run into Octeenerfest. So perhaps November?

Rich has an interesting suggestion, but I'm not sure that most of the NE-sters understand that it still gets pretty cold in North Florida in January. Late February would maybe work, maybe rolling into the Rolex 24 hours? March would work, but also a bit hectic. Sebring 12 hours, St. Pete Grand Prix, Spring Training, etc.

I'm open for anything - I'm here for the people more than the cars anyway.

It's not going to coincide with anything at Daytona. That's what terminated TRIII.

It's going to be a 914 event, pure and simple.

November will not be possible for me with a one-month-old child.
