I've got a set of the Cibie hood-mounted rally lights NIB with lights and mounting plates. These use H1 55W bulbs (included). $900 OBO

And a set of 914-6GT front and rear FG bumpers for a flared car with front-mounted cooler, including the FG valence but in black gel coat (I'm showing white here for a better image). Nice quality parts. $550

Do the bumpers have mounting hardware installed or included?

Yes, the front and rear mounting brackets with threaded inserts are included. The brackets are not attached to the bumpers as they are epoxied to the back of the bumpers during fitting to allow for proper alignment.

The valence mounts with screws as usual.
