Yep, I know that car. The car is for sale... the owner bought it from someone in Florida. He wants about 30K for it.

From Bob's build sheet:

New high performance valve springs
ARP rod bolts
New alternator
40 mm Webers
New Patrick Motorsports flywheel & clutch
Elgin cams w/ Solex grind
MSD 6 AL crank trigger with MSD programmable timing
GT L:SD tranny
Custome leada rear coil over shocks w/ 225 lb springs
Front 911 SC struts w/ Koni shocks
22 mm front torsion bars
22 mm front sway bar'
New calipers w/ '89 carrera rotors'
New 23 mm master brake cyl.
Custom roll cage'
Custom x-pipe exhaust
Ceramic coated headers
Sparco performance seats
New Patrick Motorsports front oil cooler'Fiberglass flares
8x15 front Fuchs w/ 225x50 tires
9x16 rear Fuchs w/ 245 x 45 tires

In my opinion, some things that need to be done to the car include new rubber seals, replace passenger side headlight motor, some interior compartment work (I can't remember what, but I did notice that some cosmetic work was needed.

I don't have contact info for him, but his name is Bob Wierenga, and he's from Temecula, CA. So, I imagine you could hunt him down easily enough.
Here's some pix of it that I posted here awhile back:
