I've got the Tangerine 1 5/8" street system. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the stub pipes that bolt to the head and the header pipes? While troubleshooting something else, I just noticed that none of the 4 connections has a gasket there. I'm thinking this could be something to do with the issue I'm having.

If there is supposed to be a gasket, does anyone know of a part number? I'm not seeing anything on Tangerine's site. http://www.tangerineracing.com/914headers.htm

I did not use a gasket between the stub pipe and the headers. Only the copper gasket between the heads and the stub pipe and the paper gasket between the collector and the muffler.
