I think it is a tool role but I'm not sure I have not seen a red one. $1,000,000 obo I have know idea what it is or its value so OBO its dirty.

And clean it up. Carpet stain remover works great. It does not look to be 914 with the leather strap. I will offer $ .01 and continued free answers ( even some correct answers) to all of your questions.
