I thought I read somewhere recently about opening up the gap to 45-50 when using a hot ignition.

What works best for you? I'm on NGK's BTW.

We use 55 on my race car. I also use the high vibration blaster coil and 8.5mm wires. I get 15K volts at the plug at idle measured with my Snapon plug wire reader.
