As others have pointed out you have a 2.0 plenum with a thermo time switch with a broken terminal. Looks like it was sand blasted.
I have never sold one in 10 years as there is nothing that goes out on them. If you got $20 you would be doing well.
I sold a cleaned/re-painted one for around $40. at one point in time
