Looking for a rear floor pan w/ hardware. I know classic restoration has them but trying to keep the cost down.

You are best off to get that new. I should have some of the seat hinges and could save you some.

Just bought the rear drivers side pan from Restoration Design for $55. Why mess with cutting one out of a 40 year old car.

At $400 with shipping I'd like to know about alternatives

Having installed this same kit you can't go wrong with it.
In the long run it will same you time and a lot of headaches.
Yeah it's about $400 shipped but again you will be hard pressed finding a * Good *
used section. Not to mention it will need to be cut from a parts car which sometimes is not as easily done w/o damaging it.
