Full Version: Nice Looking 74 914 on eBay
Am I missing something here? I know he says the engine needs a rebuild but it sure looks like a clean car overall. Is it the year ?
I have seen the car. If it could be had for about $3000 or so it could be a good deal. He had it up at $3500 start a week ago including at least $1000 worth of new engine parts. Not sure if this auction includes the parts. Also, I did not hear it run but he said it does run.
I did not do a thorough check of hell hole either so that is a risk.
Probably not a good deal if you have to pay coast to coast shipping.

I dove the hell hole in that thing. Just surface rust....bout 18 mos ago.....leaves, pine needles, the usual shittage, but no hole. Tole the guy to clean it out & coat with derusto shit before he had a sucking chest wound on his hands.
