I think I can make it to EASY this Saturday. Anybody going up 101, or are people driving 880 up?

Well, I went to EASY today...a little disappointed by the turnout, or lack of I should say.

Rob, Steve and Sandy and myself being the only 914 people there (besides the owner of EASY)....and only Steve drove his 914 out of all 4 of us!

A really nice 356 Super 90 convertable was there and a few 911's and one 928 owner (no 928)

I showed up at 8:45 and met the owner of EASY (sorry, I forgot his name already) and got a little tour and some background info on how he started the business and we talked for a bit about his Lemons racer.

Even with such a low attendance I had a good time talking to the other guys and I am going to try my hardest to make the Sept 5th event which will be the 1st Sat of the month and has a much better attendance.

With the Werks reunion and Monterey week going on, this was probably a tough weekend for get togethers

Good to see Mike and Sandy... Good to meet Steve. Sorry I only had my company car to show!

Also 100 degrees today makes for a toasty event.

Mostly shade in the front of EASY, we most all left at 12.

I didn't know PIXAR was right around the corner within walking distance....it would be neat to do a tour of that place.
