Wow, that's one of the nicest looking pads I've seen, Craig ... wished I could afford it, I but just spent 3-months worth of car budget $ in the passed month

What was sold?
EDIT/COMMENTARY:[u]
The most prominent sticky topic in this sub-forum is labeled ***CAUTION - PRICE GOUGERS***. Putting aside the mis-use of that term, I find it hard to understand why editing of topics and titles in this forum is allowed at all. If we are to avoid being "gougers" (i.e., asking too much for items for sale) how are we to accurately gauge products' availability, quality, and value without historical information? If all topics of used items for sale were handled like this one, then we'd have no clue what to ask for something on risk of being labeled a "gouger".
In addition, when someone does this, it immediately makes me think they have something to hide. Did they mist-list something? Was it not as represented? Are they actually a "gouger" and got away with it and erased the evidence?
I suggest editing of subject such as this be restricted to mods only, by request.

Craig listed a very nice looking part and I thought it was priced reasonably, although it was high dollar. The old saying that "It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it" holds true, but I agree with not completely deleting one's ad(s).
I try to edit my ad(s) to indicate SOLD after the item(s) are no longer available, but my descriptions and prices remain visible for all to see. I do this for a couple of reasons:
1. So others don't waste their time and can continue searching for the part(s) they're looking for elsewhere - and ...
2. It helps me to keep track of what I've sold, so I don't go crazy looking for those parts years later (an old age issue).
