What would cause fuel to be in the vaccuum port of a 40idf? I removed the screw of one of the carbs and a few drops of fuel came out.
Sugestions?

the port had a screw in it? where is the screw located on the carb?

On the IDFs i bought there is one port on each carb. 2 barrels 1 port. The brass tube sticks straight out and is to the side of the acc pump linkage. It had a brass screw in it to plug the port. The weber books say it is for vacume advance dist.
