Feels like they are spring loaded and I don't need any flying objects in the garage.

I placed the end in a cardboard box so when the nut came off it didn't go far. If you think it might be under a lot of tension, throw some more stuff in the box to absorb the energy.

oil filled like my old 320? under pressure be careful,drill a small hole relieve the psi
