If your serious about the car, go see it in person with cash in your pocket.
I'd buy it if it passes the rust / condition test.
Would love to check it out but its clear across the country.
Guy seems decent to deal with as well but being very new to the search I don't think I am ready to travel across the country on a possible find.

Pics of the underside, battery tray, floor pans, longs, would go a long way toward convincing someone...
