Would like to solve the saying?
With the letters I have my guess would be, P-O-O-R-S-C-H-E. Luckily I bought the 2 vowels.... 
Remember, "PORSCHE" is German for "give me all your money".
Just think, if your car ran poorly, and you had some spare letters, you could install the appropriate letters to say: O POOP
