You may need to photograph those straight on with a minimum of glare and distortion at high resolution so they can be scanned for reproduction. I'm guessing those are on the -6 and you'll need to destroy them over the course of the restoration.

Thanks for the link! They have 2 of the three. The other one I may be able to have reproduced locally with Marc's suggestion.

Yes, these are on the 6. I was thinking of having some fun and putting the car back the way it was before the accident. At least for a little while before I strip it down for a complete resto.

Yes, Carbone has pretty cool stuff.....vintage stickers, Engine decals, Porsche VIN plates, etc.

Maybe just heat them with a hair dryer and peel them off?

Mike Mulligan can probably describe the details of how those came to be on the car better than I can, but long story short, those were printed by the local sign shop from images off of google..
Tom_T
Rick, I've seen those as repro Shell & Castrol + Mobil's Flying Pegasus, Gulf, etc. on evil-bau - both US & Germany eBay. ... & TheSamba.com vendors

Thanks Ethan, I wonder if the sign shop still has the files. Do you know what shop it was?

Slow progress... but progress none the less.

With all the sign shops out there any one of them can run them for you, But sometimes they need a minimum blink.gif

Rick,
All of them are on ebay in one form or another. I see many are vinyl cut.
