After replacing the front bushings and rear wheel bearings I took the car and had all 4 wheels aligned, it has made a major difference to the handling. I have also installed an adjustable 22mm Weltmeister front sway bar.

Question: I have the sway bar adjusted to the middle stiffness adjustment. How can I tell if its properly adjusted?

That depends on your driving style. End of arm = less stiff. Closer to bar = more stiff.
