I have bbeen looking at flares, and I think he makes these as I see them from time to time. Does anyone know if they are good quality. I have never really had a problem with E-bay but never bought parts off of it before. Where else can I get them and how much.

doesn't say who made them ... there are big differences in quality on those kind of products!

i have FG flares on my car and they're great. don't know who made them tho, they were already on the car when i bought it ...

Are all of them hand made? I see all these body kits, I wonder if I can find some other mass produced flare that look good?

well, FG parts are always "hand-made"

try someone like GETTY, they do volume and the stuff i have gotten from them has always been of good quality ...
