I’m trying to update my avatar and have been unsuccessful.

I’ve resized an image that I want to use, removed my old avatar but every time I try to upload the new one from my desktop the old avatar reloads.

So what am I missing here?

Press and hold control then press refresh. Worked for me about a week ago.

And don't call me Shirley...

You're missing the fact that your browser still has your old avatar cached.

Try holding down SHIFT or CTRL while using your mouse to refresh the page ...

You can only choose your avatar one time. choose wisely.
