Any one knows what a bare engine long block weighs? No, flywheel, clutch assembly, fan, fan housing, and no engine tin, fuel injection,or exhaust installed . Just the complete engine case with pistons and cylinders and heads bolted on. Thanks L

Probably around 200 lbs. IF I remember correctly a complete engine weight was 430 lbs complete.

A fully dressed 4 weighs 250, a 6 weighs 450, a longblock 4 is probably 175 +\-

One strong person can lift it, but it's a lot easier with two people. Somewhere between 100 and 200 lbs, I would say. (Yeah, a pretty big range...)
