I tried to contact Manley Design and # came up not in service.
Are they still in business / does anyone have their new #?

Ron no longer stocks them. Bird site has them for $300 and another one for $550.
I have a 4 arm and decided to upgrade to a 5 arm.
Factory 4 arm list at $1200 -
