Over on the Triumph TR forum, a fellow member posted a short YT video. It's something that's called UNIBURR.

I had one of these "Why didn't I think of that before!?" moments when watching the video.

It is small, and since it's nearly Xmas...

For the record, I don't have any connection with the seller / video maker. Just a heads up.

Looks like it would be a handy tool to have around for those special jobs.

$43 for the mild steel version and $63 for the hardened steel one.... for the handful of times that I would need it each year I will stick to a hand file.

If it were half that price I would consider it.

From the website:

1.Run On High Speed
2.Run On Reverse
3.Use On Steel that is Tougher Than The Tool

They also state that like a drill bit it will wear out, which makes sense, however I can sharpen a drill bit.

Look into the NG1700, on ebay for about $25 and comes with a handle.
