Mark & I talked on the phone last week. He's got a line on a good hotel there in Medford. So once I have the track dates . Getting closer on that or so I am told. We can get that secured & post the Hotel along with dates in main Forum. They have done quite a few car get togethers so are well versed in what to expect. More to come once we have dates

So then the White City, Brookside Inn is out of the picture? Mark needs to let them/us know if they will allow a BBQ/pit fire in the parking lot.

He found a hotel that will let us do everything & the rates were great. They do a lot of car events so it is nothing new for them. He stays there fairly often with work.
