Well, they're at 991 already. Only 8 more cars and they'd run out of numbers! So they're recycling. Which will help them with the Green lobby, I'm sure!


Funny thing, though--from what I can tell, the 718 was almost universally called the "RSK", or "RS-60" or "RS-61" back in the day, depending on the year the car was made for.

The internal Porsche model platform number is still 981. (Just like calling a 993 a '911'.)
